Seven people fell victim to gun violence in New York City Saturday and Sunday, according to cops.
Gotham’s most recent shooting came shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday when a 29-year-old man was shot once in the abdomen on East 187th Street in the Bronx by an unknown assailant, police sources said.
The victim was described as “highly uncooperative” by investigators.
On Saturday, a 27-year-old man was hit in the chest and back in front of 108-02 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard in Jamaica shortly before 10 p.m. and taken to Jamaica Hospital with life-threatening injuries, the sources said.
Police said there were no suspects in the shooting.
Earlier Saturday, a 20-year-old tourist from Indiana who was shot and killed while making skateboarding videos with friends in Bushwick around 2:30 a.m.
Ethan Williams was shot in the chest near the Airbnb where he was staying and rushed to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, according to police sources.
Police do not believe Williams was the intended target.
