KATE and Jon Gosselin were famous for the reality show, Jon & Kate Plus 8.
It profiled their atypical family of sextuplets and twins.
However, the couple split in December 2009 after a decade of marriage.
They first met at a company picnic in October 1997 and married in June 1999.
Jon and Kate welcomed twin girls in October 2000, Cara Nicole and Madelyn "Mady" Kate.
Kate went through fertility treatment and became pregnant in 2003.
The couple welcomed sextuplets in May 2004.
Sons Aaden Jonathan, Collin Thomas and Joel Kevin, and daughters Alexis Faith, Hannah Joy and Leah Hope were all born 10 weeks premature, when Kate was 30 weeks pregnant.
Jon and Kate announced on June 22, 2009 in an episode that they were separating.
Since their divorce, Kate has had a contentious relationship with her ex-husband.
Since April 2018, daughter Hannah has lived with Jon.
In December of the same year, he was granted sole physical and legal custody of son Collin.
While Hannah and Collin now live with Jon, the other four sextuplets, Alexis, Aaden, Leah, and Joel, still live with Kate and don't speak to their dad.
Cara and Mady left home last year to head to two different colleges in New York in August 2019.
Jon lives with his girlfriend of six years, Colleen Conrad, along with Collin and Hannah and Conrad’s children.
He was working as DJ but has been working on the frontline of the coronavirus pandemic.
The reality TV dad is teaching doctors how to use telemedicine, according to ET.
He told them that he no longer hears from Kate, "I don't hear from Kate. It’s just totally like that person doesn’t exist anymore."
