Ralf Little wows fans as he unveils rippling abs in hunky body transformation

The RoyaleFamily star Ralf Little has left fans hot under the collar with hunky body transformation.

The 40-year-old actor has taken to social media to show off his rippling abs and incredible physique as he enjoyed some time off filming the new series of Death In Paradise in the Caribbean.

Posing up a storm in the clear blue sea, Ralf donned a pair of swim shorts for his trip to the beach.

He completed his look with a pair of pink sunglasses and raised a bottle of beer in the air for the photograph.

Clearly in a wind-up mood, Ralf tagged his pal Will Mellor in the snap as he enjoyed some fun in the sun, while the UK suffered torrential rain.

The TV personality cheekily wrote alongside his snap: "Hear the weather in England sucks @Mellor76? #Solidarity"."

Some compared Ralf's snap to Daniel Craig's famous Casino Royale scene when the James Bond actor walks out of the sea wearing a tiny pair of blue swimming trunks.

Unsurprisingly, Ralf's latest Instagram grid update caught the attention of his 38,900 followers, with some leaving flirty message for her star in the comment section.

One fan posted: "Looking good Mr Little."

Another gushed: "My god you look fit! Deffo the new James Bond."

A third asked: "When are we getting the calendar Ralf?"

A fourth penned: "Where did the hench come from Ralf? Jeepers."

Ralf's Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps co-star Will, 44, replied: "Looks lovely!! I really hope a shark doesn't swim past and bite your b******s off!!"

It comes after Ralf revealed the coronavirus pandemic forced him to go four moths without sex.

The actor is engaged to US playwright Lindsey Ferrentino, but she couldn't join him in the Caribbean due to Covid-19 travel restrictions.

Speaking to Daily Star last month, Ralf said: "Americans can't travel anywhere so she can't come here. I haven't seen her since lockdown started – so like four months.

"The long and short of it is she's like, 'I just don't know if I'm going to be able to come – it doesn't look like Americans are going to be allowed to travel'.

"The long and short of it is I've not seen her for months and I might not be able to see her for a whole year.

"It's like being 14 again – my left hand looks like…

"Remember when you were 14 and you were like, 'Maybe, one day, I'll be able to touch a girl, but until then it's me and you lefty!"

Ralf is a former semi-professional footballer and is best known got playing Antony Royale in The Royale Family, Jonny Keogh in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps and DI Neville Parker in Death in Paradise.
