KIM Kardashian fans complimented the star on her appearance in an old video, pointing out her lighter complexion in the clip.
Fans made it clear that they prefer the model without her signature spray tanned skin in the comments of a resurfaced video.
Over the weekend, the Instagram fan account Kardashian News shared a throwback clip of Kim and her momager Kris Jenner celebrating the Christmas holiday.
The 41-year-old recorded herself having a conversation with another party-goer while sipping a festive cocktail.
Kim jokingly said to someone out of view of the camera: "I wasn't lying. I'm not a liar. It wasn't me."
The pair seemed to be enjoying themselves as the model wore decorative antlers on her head, while her mother opted for a mistletoe headband.
Both ladies donned a more toned-down look than their usual full glam with Kim even wearing a gray hoodie to the gathering.
The post was captioned: "Christmas 2020. Caption this," noting that the video was taken last year.

Critics took the opportunity to compare Kim's altered skin tone as she appeared to have much lighter skin than in recent photos.
One person wrote: "She looks so pretty without her tan."
While another agreed with the comment replying: "was thinking the same thing."
A third viewer gushed over the beauty mogul's appearance writing: "This is like the prettiest I’ve ever seen her look. Just gorgeous."
Another fan pointed out her differing complexion in the clip commenting: "She looks so pale without her spray tan lol."
Earlier this year, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum was accused of "blackfishing" after she "tinted" her skin with body makeup for a photoshoot.
It all kicked off after the reality star posted a photo of her hands on her Instagram Stories recently showing two very different shades of color.
In the snap, one of Kim's hands looks obviously lighter than the other as she wrote: "Body makeup is perfect for hands bc my hands are always pale & our formula is waterproof so you can wash your hands!
"We used color Light/Medium."
However, some fans weren't happy at all as a Twitter user shared the Story and wrote: "It must be so exhausting having to tint your skin darker every time you do a shoot or something."
People weren't done there as one person chimed in: "I mean she is also known for blackfishing a bunch. So I get the frustration."
"If she stopped wearing all that s**t, her skin might be able to catch some f***in' vitamin D and tan naturally," another added, while one agreed and said, "she can't monetize the sun though."
However, others defended the snap, as one person wrote: "she got psoriasis, I wish people knew that's why she put the makeup on to hide it – she literally got it everyday."
Kim's younger siblings, Kylie and Kendall Jenner were recently accused of "blackfishing" after appearing in a video together.
Back in October, the famous sisters caused controversy after Kylie, 24, posted a clip to her Instagram Stories of the pair looking noticeably darker while riding in a car.
The girls were on their way to celebrate their older sister Kourtney Kardashian's engagement to Travis Barker.
The pregnant star first posed for the camera solo, before sharing a selfie of her showcasing her baby bump.
Kylie is expecting her second child with Travis Scott.
In a following clip, Kendall, 26, joined her wearing a white tee, also appearing to look darker.
Fans directed their attention on the duo's skin color, as they took to Reddit to comment.
One person wrote: "Filter or black fishing?" as another responded, "I think blackfishing?!"
Another chimed in: "Ok if THIS is not blackfishing what is??" while one said, "this is literal blackface."
One fan defended the stars and wrote, "she's just tanned."
This is not the first time that Kylie has been accused of blackfishing, as back in March she was called out after sharing a short clip of her face, but some said she had “completely changed skin color.”
