Kelly Clarkson's ex Brandon Blackstock rides horses at Montana ranch after judge rules SHE owns estate in nasty divorce

KELLY Clarkson may now fully own the Montana ranch she once shared with Brandon Blackstock, but it looks like her ex-husband is in no rush to leave.

Brandon recently shared a video of himself on the sprawling Vintage Valley Ranch herding the cattle.

The 44-year-old is reportedly still hopeful he can keep the $10.4 million Montana mansion, and is currently living there, taking care of the property, even though a judge has officially declared it property of Kelly in the divorce.

During the divorce proceedings, Kelly’s ex argued that the ranch is “marital property." But the judge decided it fell under the prenup the exes shared, making the pop star the sole owner.

The singer and talk show host  is reportedly working to kick Brandon off the ranch, but he’s not making it easy.

Kelly, 39, is the only title-holder of the ranch, which she bought in 2018.

Court documents exclusively obtained by The Sun show that Brandon has officially given up on showbiz life since their split to become a full-time rancher.

But to Kelly, he's an unwanted squatter.

The exes split has been anything but cordial, as there has been plenty of hurdles to jump over for the American Idol alum.

The Since U Been Gone songstress has to pay $150,000 per month in spousal support, along with around $45,000 a month for child support.

However, Brandon will be in charge of paying for the upkeep of their Montana ranch, which costs around $81,000 a month to run.

The singer was officially granted a divorce in September. Only a few matters, including property and custody disputes, are still ongoing.

Kelly and Brandon share two kids, daughter River Rose, six, and son Remington Alexander, four, of which the singer is now the primary caretaker.

The Voice coach filed for divorce in June 2020, citing "irreconcilable differences," before winning primary custody of their kids.

A the time, the court declared: The parties have a difficult time co-parenting due to issues of trust between them."

Brandon will still be able to video chat with his two little ones everyday, andthe children will be able to spend Christmas with their dad, but they will be with their mom through the New Year's holiday.

According to court documents filed in August, the singer has been legally declared single and her maiden name has been reinstated.

Now that she is single, the TV star is said to be ready to hit the dating scene again: “She wants a younger, up-and-coming country singer [who] understands the business."

During a recent interview with stand-up comic Kevin Hart, the performer revealed that she had "no example" of a good relationship growing up as her father was absent from her life.

She said she “didn’t grow up” with her dad and “didn’t know him at all," something that she said, "a lot" of people go through.
