Katie Price ‘embarrassed’ as police visit her after followers accuse her of breaking lockdown rules with secret parties

KATIE Price revealed she was left embarrassed by police turning up at her house following claims she'd been having a secret lockdown party.

The 42-year-old appeared on Fubar Radio last night and told how her Instagram followers keep reporting her for false offences.

She explained: "I’ve had more police turn up at mine for Covid testing.  I'm like, why are you here again, I’m here? They’re like, because of your Instagram. We’ve had complaints saying that you're not at home or this and that.”

The repeat visits are frustrating for Katie, who resents being accused of putting her 18-year-old disabled son Harvey at risk.

She continued: “I’m like, well every time you turn up I’m here, what do you want me to do? And they said, well, we have to follow up.

“We're like, what, do you think we’ve got a party? I said, my son's extremely vulnerable. We're here. I said, you've got to stop believing people when they ring you up. And I’m embarrassed.”

Today Katie revealed that Harvey has lost weight after moving into his own house as she "keeps the kitchen cupboards empty".

She appeared on Loose Women to discuss her BBC documentary about the teen, as well as The Sun's exclusive on her disability following her tragic accident last year.

In the chat, the mother-of-five explained how Harvey had moved into his own house opposite from the family pad so that he can experience independence before making the move to a residential college in September.

And the decision has made a world of difference to Harvey, who is much "calmer" without the noise of his siblings, and he has even shed some pounds.

Katie explained: "I really don't want to upset Harvey and you have to do transitions slowly, I want it to be fun for him.

"Now he's in the house opposite, obviously not on his own, and I've got cameras everywhere, he's on his iPad, and obviously I am there all the time as well, but it gives him his own space and independence.

"I think he's actually lost weight because when he's in the actual household, I've said before, he's quite disruptive in the night because he goes in the cupboards and eats the food – that's his Prader-Willi Syndrome.

"But in that house, I don't put anything in the cupboards that he can get, so he can't have a snack in the night because there's nothing there for him to snack on! I think he has lost weight."

The star added: "Obviously all the doors aren't banging and there's not all the chaos and noise so he's calm there, whereas in the house he will headbutt and punch the walls – there it is just calming for him and it's helping him make the transitional move."

In December, Katie shared her fears for Harvey with The Sun as she revealed that he was tipping the scales at almost 29 stone and could die.

The teen was born with a complex variety of disabilities, including Prader-Willi, which causes an excessive appetite.

It can impact muscle tone and functions of the nervous system and sparks the constant desire to eat.
