Bradley Walsh has blasted a player’s game play after policeman Nick made a controversial decision on the latest episode of the ITV's The Chase.

As four new players took on the chaser in a bid to win a cash prize, it was policeman Nick that distracted viewers when he took on chaser Jenny Ryan, aka, The Vixen in his head-to-head.

After landing an impressive £7k in his cash builder round, Nick was advised by his fellow team mates to take the £7k offer or the high offer of £32k.

But much to everyone’s surprise, Nick decided to go for the low offer of £2k.

Nick went on to perform well in the round and took home the money with ease.

Bradley immediately blasted him, telling him to be braver and that he should have gone for the higher offer.

“Crikey Nick!” said Bradley. “You’re a good player you don’t get £7k in the cash builder than come up and take the two, what’s up with you?”

Fans on Twitter also chimed in, blasting to career copper.

“Why are so many of the cleverest players, also the most gutless? arrest him!” said one fan.

“Another weak low offer loser. Why go through the whole process of getting on a show and then making yourself look like a tw*t,” a second blasted.

Player Laura disappointed the players further when she went for the low offer and brought home just £1k, bringing the total pot to £3k.

Player Aiden was up next and despite an impressive cash builder round, he was caught by chaser Jenny and sent home.

In a bid to bring some more money, contestant Vivienne decided to take the high offer of £97k which would bring the total prize money to £100,000.

Unfortunately after two question blunders she was also sent home.

Fans however did applaud her for trying to bring home some decent money.

“Vivienne with some bottle,” said one fan.

Another said: “While I'm gutted Vivienne didn't get through with her 97 grand it does mean those 2 freeloading a***holes don't get £33,333!”
