I'm A Celebrity viewers are convinced that the contestants already know that two new campmates are joining the group.
Hosts Ant and Dec went into Gwrych Castle at the end of Tuesday's show to inform the 10 famous faces that every single contestant would be taking part in the next trial, Stage Fright.
However, the Geordie duo secretly told viewers at home that there was a twist ahead and that the two new arrivals Russell Watson and Ruthie Henshall were in fact the ones taking on the trial.
While the contestants celebrated the fact that they were all taking on the latest creepy challenge, viewers at home notice that Shane Richie already knew that they would be joined by two new arrivals.
The EastEnders icon could be heard telling his campmates: "It's R and R" and "We've got the night off".
I'm A Celeb fans rushed to their keyboards to air their disappointment at the fact that the campmates could potentially know about the show's shock twist.
One fan moaned: "They all know they’re going in! Shane gave it away with 'R and R' – such a disappointment. It’s boring this year, they all get on too well, it doesn’t feel like they’re suffering much either!"
Another added: "Just me who noticed that Shane said 'We’ve got the night off. It’s R and R' when the celebs were celebrating?? and then Russell and Ruthie are announced???"
While a third viewer posted: "Shane Ritchie blurting out 'R and R' as if they have no clue what's about to happen. Welcome Russell and Ruth…"
A fourth said: "Shane knew who it was with his ‘R and R’ comment! Ruthie and Russell!"
Daily Star Online has contacted ITV for comment.
Former Chicago leading lady and one time Dancing on Ice judge Ruthie is reportedly getting £75,000 for her stint on the show.
An insider claimed Ruthie is a particularly exciting signing for I’m A Celebrity as viewers will want to see if she divulges any gossip on her relationship with Prince Edward.
Speaking on Desert Island Discs in 2008 about the relationship, she said: "It always made me laugh, I’d sort of say ‘I’m going to my boyfriend’s tonight’. Nobody knew who he was.
"It was very exciting, but I genuinely fell in love with him.
"I think I had hopes that we could walk on in our relationship but really and truthfully I think I was very aware that I wouldn’t be able to do what I do for a living if I’d have stayed with him.
"And there was nothing, at that stage, that was more important than what I did."
Russell is thought to be receiving a £100,000 fee to appear on the new series.
He is celebrating 20 years in showbiz this year. The star stepped out of the spotlight for a while, following a near-fatal brain tumour in 2007.
There are already 10 famous faces currently living in the creepy Gwrych Castle in North Wales.
They are Shane, BBC Radio 1 DJ Jordan North, Corrie legend Beverley Callard and Olympian Sir Mo Farah.
Telly favourite Vernon Kay, Paralympian Hollie Arnold MBE, EastEnders beauty Jessica Plummer, Broadcaster Victoria Derbyshire and Podcaster Giovanna Fletcher.
Who will be crowned the first-ever King or Queen of the Castle?
