GWEN Stefani and Blake Shelton appeared to be in love while performing Happy Anywhere during the ACM Awards on Wednesday.
The couple gave an intimate performance of their new song following rumors that moving into their $13 million mansion has put a strain on their romance.
During the performance, Gwen and Blake sat on stools as they sang while looking directly into each other's eyes.
Only the two performers and crew members were in the room, which made the performance especially intimate at The Voice coaches serenaded each other.
Since the couple couldn't make it to Nashville for the awards show, they recreated the Bluebird Café "through the magic of television."
Gwen rocked an all white ensemble of denim shorts and a matching jacket, while Blake sported a navy look.
While the couple appeared to be madly in love during the performance, it is believed that there is trouble in paradise.
Their relationship is reportedly "struggling" as they quarantine together amid the coronavirus pandemic.
A source told Us Weekly of Gwen and Blake's recent relationship drama: "They feel suffocated and stressed. They’re both stretched to the limit."
The couple has been together for almost five years, though insiders claimed that moving in together has put a strain on their romance.
Gwen, 50, and Blake, 44, bought a mansion in Encino, CA for about $13M in May.
Sources revealed: "Friends say this move has turned into a nightmare. This is the toughest period they’ve had so far without a doubt."
The famous couple plans to wed in Los Angeles this fall, with the source saying that "they know how to compromise."
The informant also revealed the pair have been able to "work through any tension and look at the bigger picture."
Regarding their upcoming wedding, sources close to the couple recently revealed to Us Weekly: "They are keen to make it happen as soon as possible" but with the necessary precautions amid the coronavirus pandemic."
While the couple plan to go "all-out" for their wedding, the source further explained that "it won’t be the end of the world if they have to move things back till the fall."
Gwen was previously married to Gavin Rossdale from 2002 to 2016.
The former couple share three children: Kingston, 14, Zuma, 11, and Apollo, six.
Meanwhile, Blake and fellow country singer Miranda Lambert were married for four years and split in 2015.
