DEC Donnelly and wife Ali Astall escaped lockdown for a bit to take their beloved sausage dog Rocky out for a stroll in the sunshine.
Dressed casually in jeans, a grey designer hoodie and sunglasses, the dad-of-one followed Ali as they made their way across the street, the dachshund leading the way on his tiny legs.
Dec’s wife, talent manager Ali Astall, dressed warmly for the brisk stroll in a pair of grey snakeskin print leggings, trainers, long sleeve black top and padded gilet.
The couple appeared deep in thought as they went for a stroll, choosing to leave their 19-month-old daughter Isla at home while they got their government-allowed hour of fresh air.
The ITV presenter, 44, and Rocky made their hosting debut on Saturday Night Takeaway as he and co-star Ant McPartlin cheered up the nation from their homes.
In fact the Geordie double act both got their adorable dogs involved as they hosted the show from their sofas.
The Geordie duo hosted their final live show last weekend and revealed they would be filming the remaining episodes in advance.
Fans took to Twitter after Ant held Milo and Bumble in his lap as Hurley shuffled around his feet, whilst Dec stroked Rocky in the adorable scenes.
One viewer tweeted: “how cute are Your doggy’s they need their own show fellas #SNT”
Another fan gushed: “Just when I thought I couldn’t fancy Ant and Dec anymore, you see them in their comfies with their dogs 😍👏🏼 got to love them!”
And one more said: “Rocky and Hurley 🐶 were definitely the stars of the end of the show show this evening”
Earlier this year, Rocky had to rush Rocky to see Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick, 52, after he was savaged by a fox in the garden of his west London home.
The Britain's Got Talent star shared a photograph of his pet being cuddled by Noel, and thanked him for getting Rocky back to full health after the attack.
Dec wrote: “Another thank you to this guy @profnoelfitzpatrick and his amazing staff for looking after Rocky and getting him back on his feet after a run-in with a grumpy fox in our garden last Sunday.”
