Blue's Simon Webbe praised by fans as he shows off 'dad bod' after losing his epic six-pack

BLUE'S Simon Webbe has been praised by fans for showing off his'dad bod' after losing his epic six-pack.

The One Love singer, 45, was inspired by fellow dad Will Smith who stunned fans by bravely baring his lock-down pouch.

Simon wrote alongside the topless shot of him in his boxer shorts: "@Willsmith has inspired me to share my dad bod. There is so much pressure on men and women to strive for perfection.

"When we have those bad moments we have to embrace who we are, dig deep within and make a change. My change starts today."

Fans applauded him for sharing the post.

One wrote: "I love this," while another gushed: "Oh daddy."

Simon has overhauled his entire diet and exercise regime to get back in shape ahead of Blue's 20th anniversary.

He's swapped take-aways for grilled salmon and asparagus and gets up at the crack of dawn for gruelling gym workouts.

He's also burning hundreds of calories working up a sweat in the boxing ring too, a source told The Sun.

A source said: "Simon is so serious about getting back into shape, not just for himself, but for his family."

The source added: "He is such a doting dad, and even when he has beenup all night doing night-feeds, he still gets up, goes to the gym to do a gruelling boxing work-out, before coming home and making grilled salmon and asparagus for breakfast."

Simon welcomed his first child with wife Ayshen last month.

The couple – who married in 2018 – only revealed they were expecting their first child together back in February.

Simon, who is already father to daughter Alanah, 24, from a previous relationship, spoke of his delight at welcoming another addition after two devastating miscarriages.

"It's fantastic – we feel so lucky and grateful," said Simon.

"Whenever I touch Ayshen's tummy, the baby moves, as if it knows it's me.

"I whisper: 'You're going to be loved so much and I can't wait to meet you'."
