Amanda Holden cancels GMB chat last minute as Piers threatens Ofcom complaint

Amanda Holden 's scheduled Good Morning Britain interview was dropped last minute just before it was supposed to start on Monday's show.

The Britain's Got Talent beauty, 49, had been booked to talk about her new music career, after her album Songs From My Heart debuted at No4 in the UK Album Chart last week.

But Susanna Reid, 49, announced towards the end of Monday's show: "If you were expecting to hear from Amanda Holden, we're going to speak to her later in the week."

Piers Morgan, 55, added: "We need more than a couple of minutes with Amanda."

However, in true fashion, it didn't take long for the former Britain's Got Talent judge to poke some fun at his former co-star.
