You could earn £300 to sleep in your own home

Fan of sleep? Looking for a bit of spare cash? Then you could be in luck.

Bed manufacturer Silentnight is looking for a ‘pyjama army’ to review some of their duvets, pillows, blankets and mattresses.

Testers will be paid a tidy £300 for their trouble.

If that doesn’t sound like a sweet enough deal for you, successful applicants will also be able to do it from the comfort of their own homes.

They’ll get ‘snuggle bundle’ worth £600 to test and a year’s subscription to Netflix to further sweeten the deal.

The snuggle bundle will consist of products matched to applicants’ size and sleep habits.

Kat Collins, senior brand manager for Silentnight said: ‘With the long dark winter nights ahead we’re looking for a new “pyjama army” to provide vital feedback on our products.

‘Sleepers come in all shapes and sizes, with different wants, needs and personal preferences, so our ‘snuggle bundles’ will be bespoke to each recruit

‘As part of our mission to change how people sleep for the better, we’re looking for applicants who take sleep seriously. If you can’t resist a siesta in the afternoon, if you’re the type of person who spends all day counting down the hours until bedtime, or if you find yourself hitting snooze on your alarm clock every morning, this is your moment.

‘You could be paid £300 to do what you do best – all you have to do is apply.’

If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, then you’ll have to write a personal statement under 400 words explaining why you think you’re right for the job.

Then you send your application off with your name and email address by going to the Silentnight website.
