If you’re not yet following Emily Clarkson on Instagram then we totally recommend you do as she’s the injection of fun and honesty you need in your life right now.
The 26 year old is the daughter of Top Gear star Jeremy Clarkson and her mum is Jeremy’s ex wife, Frances Cain.
And we can’t get enough of Emily’s energy and pizzazz, which came to our attention first when she started her lifestyle blog Pretty Normal Me back in 2015.

The impressive blog, which is as candid as it gets, includes featured posts by American actress Lena Dunham, and Emily has coined it as a site where women can feel accepted.
Emily penned on the blog: "I always wanted Pretty Normal Me to be a place that women can come to read things that they are genuinely interested in and not feel guilty in any way, shape or form about the share box of doughnuts that they've just eaten.
She added: "Where they can wobble and be okay with it. Where they can be themselves totally unashamedly, whatever that may be.

"And also a place where they can come when they're not quite so happy because it is okay not to be okay all the time."
Off the back of her blog, Emily then went on to write a terrific booked in 2017 named Can I Speak To Someone In Charge?
Who is Emily dating?
Emily has a fiancé named Alex Andrew, and he popped the question earlier this year.
Emily and Alex enjoyed a romantic moment while out on a stroll which turned into Alex proposing, and, taken by surprise, Emily took to Instagram to flash her big diamond ring.
Embracing her fiancé and looking as happy as ever, Emily penned: “Well, s**t!!!! @alexandrew.1” followed by a ring emoji.
Alex was in a boy band named Taken before becoming an award winning publicist, and he began dating Emily in 2013.
Shortly after their engagement, Emily’s dad Jeremy took to Twitter to announce the news in a humorous way.
He penned: “Today, I delivered 2 sheeps and as my hand was up a vag, my daughter called to say she was getting married. Weird to be so so happy.”
Emily has been asked to go on Love Island but she turned it down.
She wrote: "On Thursday a producer at ITV rang, wanting to know if I was a) single and b) interested in appearing in the next series of Love Island.
"And if I wasn't single but was interested, would I dump my boyfriend, Alex, for the opportunity…
"I think what the producer was trying to tell me was that they wanted someone not quite as fit as the rest of them, but a bit smarter. No offence.
"It was a flattering call… [But] I am so not Love Island – or the face of the inevitable Missguided deal every female Islander leaves with."
Emily’s epic Instagram posts
One of the reasons Emily’s 100,000 Instagram followers likely return for more is because the 26 year old is simply wonderful at telling it how it is.
Holding nothing back, she’ll post incredibly body positive shots where she won’t shy away from letting it all hang out, without editing and filters.

She also shows off pictures of herself before-and-after they were edited, which her fans often rave about in the comments section.
Oh, and as an added bit of humour, Emily will post famous photos of celebrities posing in impressive ways and recreate them to show a more realistic side behind them.
Emily triumphs the simple things in life, with examples being stopping during a run and eating when you want to and not feeling guilty about either, which is why we think she’s the pop of positivity you definitely need on your Instagram feed.
