Studies show that yoga can decrease stress, improve sleep, and increase strength, making it the perfect activity to kickstart your health, and an ideal way to start the day.) Once you complete the online registration, all you need to do is mark your calendar, set up your space, and be sure to log into the event on time! See? I said it was simple.

There are two options for scoring a spot: First, you could simply register for free and gain full access to the virtual event. Or you can purchase a $5 ticket to unlock even more wellness essentials. With the $5 ticket, you’ll get a My Way To Well kit to enhance your event experience. Included in the kit are a Nature’s Way supplement (of your choice!), a yoga towel, reusable straws, digital print outs, and more.
