Shake Shack Goes Bold With Its Roasted Garlic Mushroom Menu

Continuing to deliver crave-worthy limited-time offerings for its regional locations, Shake Shack recently launched a Roasted Garlic Mushroom menu at its Hong Kong shacks.

Inspired by the bold flavors associated with New York steakhouses, the Roasted Garlic Mushroom Burger is topped with crunchy ShackMeister Ale®-marinated shallots and butter sautéed crimini mushrooms. The sweet and savory shallots are soaked in the ale brewed specially for Shake Shack by Brooklyn Brewery and deep-fried to perfection to add crispy texture. Tied together by melted provolone and tangy roasted garlic mayo, the elevated cheeseburger is served on a pillowy potato bun.

“This burger delivers layers of rich, savory flavors that perfectly complement our hormone-free, angus beef. It truly is a decadent steakhouse dinner sandwiched between two pillowy potato rolls.” said Shake Shack Culinary Director Mark Rosati.

Accompanying the elevated cheeseburger are unctuous Roasted Garlic Fries. Shake Shack’s crinkle-cut fries are topped with roasted garlic mayo, parmesan cheese and the same fried scallions found on the burger.

The Roasted Garlic Mushroom Burger and Fries are available now exclusively at Shake Shack’s Hong Kong locations until the end of December.
