Marmite launches new spicy Dynamite flavour which builds in intensity

Marmite often divides the nation – it’s quite literally a love it or hate it spread.

At least, that’s what the marketing data says, anyway.

But, if you’re one of the many Brits who finds it hard to believe that people don’t enjoy the savoury spread on toast or melted cheese, then we have some news for you.

A brand new fiery version of the spread is about to hit shelves.

Marmite’s new limited edition Dynamite spread combines the distinctive umami flavour of the yeast extract with hot chilli.

And, for chilli lovers it could be everything they’e ever wanted on their breakfast plate.

Or, if you hate marmite it could be your worst nightmare – great for pranking pals though.

The salty, fiery spread is available exclusively at Sainsbury’s across the country and online from February 7.

Dynamite has been carefully formulated so that it doesn’t overwhelm foodies on the first bite.

The creators behind the spread claim that the heat builds in intensity while you eat so you still get all that delicious marmite flavour.

Launching just before Valentine’s Day the spread could add some extra heat to your breakfast on the big day.

Marmite recommends trying Dynamite on a crumpet or mixed with smashed ago on toast.

Sophie Allan, brand manager at Marmite, said: “Literally hot off the press, new limited-edition Marmite Dynamite is a taste explosion which needs to be handled with care.

“We’ve ignited breakfast tables before with our Marmite Peanut Butter, but this is set to send shock waves in kitchens up and down the country.

“Whether on toast, crumpets or muffins we’re inviting the lovers, and daring the haters, to ignite their tastebuds with this explosive new flavour.”

Previously, home cooks have brushed marmite on their roast potatoes for extra flavour.
