H&M Home is launching a collaboration with Diane Von Furstenberg next spring and it is likely to sell out sharpish.
The brand has a reputation for its covetable designer collaborations, which take the luxury to a high street price without compromising on style.
Their latest announcement is that H&M Home is teaming up with legendary designer Diane Von Furstenberg.
She is known for her bright prints and cheerful patterns, which is exactly the vibe we need for 2021.
Her brand, DVF, is famous for it’s dresses – notably it’s wrap dresses which gained cult status back in the 1970s.
Price-wise, DVF pieces range from around £150-£1,445 and include clothes and accessories. Currently it doesn’t stock homeware.
Diane’s upcoming H&M Home collection will drop in the spring next year but the exact date is yet to be confirmed.
H&M Home made the announcement on Instagram, starting another hashtag – #dvfxhmhome – where you can keep track of launch dates and get a sneak peak.
Diane has said the collection will be about taking ‘charge’ of the home, believing that the home is where you can ‘really “own” a look or feel’.
So far the specific items are being kept under wraps, besides one vase which captures the spirit of Diane’s colourful statement prints.
We also know there will be cushion covers, blankets and candles as part of the range.
In a statement, the iconic designer said: ‘I’m thrilled to be collaborating with H&M Home, especially since I have such a passion for interiors.
‘The home is both a relaxing and empowering place where you can really ‘own’ a look or feel. With this collaboration, I want people to take charge of their home decor.
‘The only rule I have is that your home should reflect who you are. The main point is to create a space that you’re incredibly comfortable in and is a true expression of your personality.’
H&M Home echoed the sentiment, as it said the products will encourage individuality.
‘With an interiors collection that encourages expressions of personal style in the home launching next year, the collaboration brings together von Furstenberg’s iconic fashion prints and colour play to the world of H&M Home interiors.
‘Embracing powerful visuals and personal expression, there will be vases, cushion covers, blankets, candles and more.’
