Alongside a snap of her three children, Penelope, seven, Leo, seven, and Felicity, four, and her mum, Christine penned an emotional message.

She said: "Weekends aren’t the same without nanny. My mum is a huge part of my children’s routine and they just don’t understand why they can't see nanny anymore,

"Lots of you have asked how she's doing, she did amazing with her lumpectomy and is starting 6 months of chemotherapy and radiotherapy next week."

The blonde bombshell added: "My mum has got to shield herself for at least 6 months, it's awful, we can't even give her a cuddle.
