Styling her blonde mane back into a ponytail, the star appeared fresh-faced with minimal make up and accessorised with some black shades to shield her eyes from the glaring sun.
While her son managed on his own for part of their journey, Vogue often stopped to help little Theodore, who looked adorable in a bright blue helmet, cross the street.
Vogue's son wore a striped jacket with dark trousers for his journey outside as his mum held onto his arm to guide him across several busy areas.

It comes after Vogue recently revealed she chose to hide her quick weight loss after giving birth last July.

The mum-of-two said she didn't want to annoy people by showing off how fast she was able to shed the pounds.
Speaking to The Sun, the model explained: "There is so much pressure put on women about this and I didn't want to add to that when actually, instead of worrying about losing the baby weight, we should be worrying about where our pelvic floor is at and how our mental health is doing.
"All of that is so much more important. It's purely down to my body type that I went back to how I was before without too much effort, and I did find myself trying to hide that for the first few months.

Vogue Williams excites fans as shares her must-have wardrobe staples starting from just £7
"I'd always done my tanning stuff [Insta posts promoting her line of self-tan products], but I wanted to wait so as to not annoy people," Vogue shared.
The presenter went on to reveal that she didn't want to make other new mums feel bad by losing weight so fast.
She continued: "I just didn't want to make anyone else feel bad by being all, 'hey, look at me after having a baby', because the last thing anyone wants to see is someone who's lost the weight quicker than you."
