These Disneyland Rides & Attractions Will Be Closed When The Resort Reopens

Disneyland is just a few days from it’s grand reopening!

The resort will finally be fully reopened to guests on Friday (April 30), but not everything will be available.

Though Disneyland and Disney California Adventure will be open again, there are a number of rides, attractions and dining experiences that will remain closed.

Among the rides that will still be closed are Jungle Cruise, Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters, the Grizzly River Run and more.

The parks will reopen following California state guidelines and at limited capacity. Those hoping to attend must reserve their ticket, and it will only be open to California residents at this time.

If you missed it, they just lit up Sleeping Beauty’s castle at the park for the first time in over a year and shared the special moment with fans in a live stream video. You can re-watch it here!

There also won’t be any parades or fireworks shows, including Fantasmic, as they aren’t able to have entertainment that draws large crowds in order to maintain social distancing. Also unavailable will be character meet and greets.

Don’t forget, the brand new Marvel themed land, Avengers Campus, will be opening in just a couple of months!
