Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis had some very important animal-related questions, so they asked an expert: David Attenborough! On Oct. 3, Kensington Palace posted an adorable Instagram video of the three siblings taking turns to ask their queries before the 94-year-old natural historian shared his answers. While George was curious about animal extinction, Charlotte and Louis inquired about David’s affinity for spiders and his favorite animal. It’s the first time the trio has made a royal appearance without parents Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The video came shortly after the Cambridge bunch met with David in the gardens of Kensington Palace. During the get-together, David gifted George with a dinosaur fossil and joined Prince William for an outdoor showing of his new film, A Life on Our Planet, which will hit Netflix on Oct. 4. “With a shared passion for protecting the natural world, they continue to support one another in their missions to tackle some of the biggest environmental challenges our planet faces,” Kensington Palace captioned a post about their hangout. Looks like George, Charlotte, and Louis are on track to become just as interested in supporting natural causes. Watch their sweet video collaboration with David above!
