Susanna Reid has denied smashing Piers Morgan's £150,000 Aston Martin after it was left damaged in the Good Morning Britain car park.
Piers, 55, immediately jumped to accuse Susanna of causing the damages as she parks close to his vehicle outside the studios of their breakfast show.
But 49 year old Susan has now hit back at the claims, stating that she prides herself on her driving skills.
Susanna said: "He claims it happened when it was outside our studio and, as I park my car close by, the finger of suspicion points heavily at me.

"I plead not guilty, your honour. Although we have to do a tight three-point turn when leaving work, I pride myself on my driving skills.
"'I’m not intimidated by a tight spot of parallel parking, passed my driving test first time and was always the designated driver in my group of friends."
She continued to write in her Daily Mail column: "My bumpers are flawless, with no telltale scratches or remnants of embedded plastic.
"And I have the ultimate defence. I can't have gone near his pride and joy because, even when it comes to cars, I am religiously adhering to the two-metre social distancing rule."
Piers informed viewers of their ITV show that his car had been damaged on Wednesday when Dr Hilary Jones asked him on air: "Have you found the vandal that vandalised your rear light yet?"
The controversial presenter replied: "No. the rear light got smashed, and I have no idea how it happened other than I park my car next to somebody else's car here.

On Wednesday, the pair enjoyed a stroll in the sunshine together from two metres apart, as Piers took to social media to share a photo of their reunion.
The host is seen giving a thumbs up with his son seen in the distance doing the same.
"Nice to see you again son, albeit from 2 metres. #3MonthReunion," Piers captioned the image, with several parents relating to the agony of not being able to see their children for months on end in the post's comments section.
