One Instagrammer asked the brunette beauty: "How is feeding going? Are you breast of bottle?"

Dani replied with a caption penned over an adorable close up picture of her newborn, saying: "I've been doing a mix of both but it took a while for my milk to really come through..”

"I always wanted to just exclusively breastfeed but it didn't end up that way,” she continued. “I breastfeed as much as I can but do use Aptamil milk when I feel like he isn't settled..”

"If my milk decides to come through more then I definitely will just breastfeed but I think you have to take it step by step xx,” she said.

In a separate message on the same story Dani penned: “Fed is the best” beside a blue love heart emoji.

After revealing how she was finding breastfeeding difficult, Dani went on to ask her fans for their advice and made sure to thank them later down the line, saying she really needed their support.

"Thank you all so so much for the messages I've been receiving in regards to breastfeeding,” she wrote. “So lovely for you to take the time out of your day to send a lovely message and offer support as I really needed it.”

"Instagram can be a lovely place xx," Dani beamed.

The star was crowned the winner of ITV’s hit dating show Love Island in 2018 with her then boyfriend Jack Fincham.

But when the couple split nine months after leaving the show, Dani soon rekindled her romance with Sammy, who she dated before going into the villa and they seem to loving parenthood.

During the same social media Q&A where she spoke about breastfeeding, Dani also opened up about how Sammy was taking to fatherhood.

“How is your partner Sammy coping?” one fan asked. “Is he ok?”

“Honestly he had been brilliant,” Dani replied. “I didn’t think I could love him anymore than I do.”

“He’s so supportive,” she continued. “I never realised how emotional you get after having a baby and he always makes me laugh.”

“You’re always questioning yourself as a mum so having a good support system is so so important,” Dani gushed.
