After revealing that she's been struggling during lockdown, new mum Kate Ferdinand has taken the opportunity to express what she's grateful for in life.
The former TOWIE star, who gave birth to her first child in December, posted a series of pictures of people that she's happy to have beside her.
The snaps show the 29 year old alongside her family and friends, including husband Rio, 42, her newborn son Cree and stepchildren Lorenz, Tate and Tia.
Kate began her post by thanking her fans for supporting her after opening up about her struggles.

She wrote: "Thank you for all of your amazing messages & support. I am grateful for you all.
"Lots of you have been feeling similar in lockdown, although not every day is amazing at the moment, it really has helped me the last few days to focus on the things I am grateful for."
The reality star then proceeded to name a series of things and people that she's grateful for.
Amongst her list, she said she was grateful for her health, being able to go for walks, her family, friends, dogs and her fans.

"I could add so many more photos, but these are some of my favourites."
She then asked her fans: "What are you guys grateful for?"
Kate's husband Rio commented on the post and simply wrote: "Grateful" alongside a red heart emoji.
The blonde beauty's post comes after she penned a heartfelt message about struggling with being a new mum in lockdown.
She wrote: "To new mums, mums, step mums… and anyone who is struggling in lockdown, I feel you! Sometimes we just need to sneak in our room and have a little cry… even then, because of lockdown, we may have lots of little ears listening in.

"A mix of the new baby, lockdown, kids at home and lack of sleep have well and truly got to me. I feel like I'm a robot going through the same routine daily, feed baby, wind baby, wait for him to wake up and repeat."
Kate, who shared an adorable picture of son Cree, continued: ""Don't get me wrong I am blessed to live the life I do; a husband, four beautiful kids, two dogs [one that's still protesting because of the baby]…
"Some moments I'm feeling amazing and full of love, but I'm too often left feeling low, like I can't escape. I'm not sure if this is the after effects of a emergency c section, or the stress of another lockdown – maybe it's even a mix of both," she expressed.
