New decade, same love! The comedian and her longtime boyfriend announced their engagement in a hilarious video on New Year’s Eve 2019 — and tied the knot (with none other than comedy legend Lily Tomlin officiating) just a few hours later.

“What was supposed to be a shallow, ‘toot it and boot it’ one-night stand has grown and flourished into something far more meaningful,” said the Grace and Frankie star as she began the ceremony. “They stayed together. Then they couldn’t stay away from one another.”

“We are in love and we cannot stop laughing,” Griffin wrote on social media afterward. In addition to the sweet ceremony, her wedding dress held special significance for the couple — it was the outfit she wore for their first date, back in 2011.

What better way to ring in the New Year than with a new ring? The Bumble entrpreneur kicked off 2020 with a glamorous Nashville wedding to her businessman fiancé on New Year’s Eve.

The couple, who started dating in August 2018, said “I do” in front of their closest family and friends, including the bride’s dad David Foster, his wife Katharine McPhee, and pals Kate Hudson and Rachel Zoe.

“I got to marry the love of my life, and hopefully will never have to look at a seating chart again for as long as I shall live,” Foster joked on Instagram.

That’s one way to send the year out with a bang! Menounos and her longtime fiancé decided to take their New Year’s Eve 2018 wedding very public, saying “I do” in N.Y.C. just before midnight during Fox’s New Year’s Eve broadcast, which Menounos was co-hosting with Steve Harvey. Harvey officiated the wedding. The couples’ parents were in attendance, and the entire affair (dress included!) came together in just two weeks. “I’m excited to be able to call her my wife,” Undergaro told PEOPLE. “It’s been ‘girlfriend’ for so long that it will be nice to finally, finally be able to say ‘my wife.’ ”

The singer and his girlfriend also exchanged vows on the final night of 2017 at Oheka Castle on Long Island, New York. The bride wore a sheer gown studded with more than 50,000 Swarovski crystals, while the groom looked dapper in his tux. “Happiest day of our lives,” McKnight captioned one of his pics, adding the hashtag #iloveourlife.
