Gunna Earns First No. 1 On Billboard 200 With ‘Wunna’

For the first time in his 7-year-long career, rapper Gunna has reached the top of the Billboard 200 chart, as his latest album, Wunna, debuted at No. 1 on the list in the week ending May 28.

Released on May 22, the album has earned a total of 111,000 equivalent album units, which consist of album sales (4,000), track equivalent albums (less than 1,000), and streaming equivalent albums (106,000), with a total of 143.6 million on-demand streams.

Two of Gunna’s previously released projects have risen to the Top 10 on the chart, namely the Drip or Drown 2 record released in March of 2019, which debuted at no. 3 with a total of 90,000 units, and his 2018 album, Drip Harder, which was created in collaboration with Lil Baby, and reached No. 4 on the chart.
