Susanna Reid suffered an embarrassing slip of the tongue when she accidentally said the word "s**t" on Good Morning Britain on Wednesday.
The gaffe occurred as the 50 year old innocently discussed Scottish football star Billy Gilmour missing out on Tuesday evening's Euros match following a positive Covid test.
As a result, his Chelsea teammates Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell have had to self-isolate for ten days despite not contracting the virus themselves.
Speaking of the situation, Susanna said: "I really feel for Billy Gilmour because that was obviously a missed opportunity for him to have to be in isolation."
She added: "I know yesterday we had the big row about how come he's the only Scottish player to be isolating and how come two English players have to isolate after they had a s**t with him."
Realising she got her words mixed up, Susanna immediately corrected herself.
"A chat with him," she said with a poker face in an attempt to play off the embarrassing slip-up live on air.
The blunder didn't go ignored with viewers at home, with one person tweeting: "According to Susanna Reid on GMB "'Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell had a 20 minute S**t with Billy Gilmour'."
GMB was rocked by another blunder earlier when host Ranvir Singh was forced to stop presenting after her son FaceTimed her live on-air.
After taking the call, the television personality explained that everything was okay, and her nine year old son just had a non-urgent enquiry.
Earlier this week, Laura Tobin was forced to miss her Good Morning Britain weather report today when technical issues hit the show.
Luckily, viewers didn't need to miss out on their Tuesday weather as Charlotte Hawkins stood in.
With just seconds' notice to take on the weather report, Charlotte, 46, showed her professionalism by managing to deliver a perfect segment while Laura sorted the issues at her end.
