Giovanna Fletcher has revealed I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! campmates didn’t go to sleep until 6am.
I’m A Celebrity Queen of the Castle Giovanna, 35, made the surprising revelation as she admitted she’s struggling to get back into her sleep routine now she’s back home.
Giovanna, who was recently defended by Vernon Kay after Piers Morgan asked who she was, posted an image of a screenshot she had taken on her phone to show her alarm.
As she shared the image, which shows the word ‘alarm’ and a bright orange snooze button underneath, Giovanna gave fans an insight into what life was like in Gwrych Castle for herself and her celebrity campmates.

Mum-of-three Giovanna, who recently spoke out on her devastating miscarriage, wrote: “Accidentally took this picture this morning but it sums things up nicely…
“I feel oddly jetlagged (we weren’t going to bed until 4-6am in the castle) and now I’m back in the real world we need to set an alarm for the first time in 6 years.”
As Giovanna added a laughing face emoji and an emoji showing a monkey covering its eyes, she continued: “don’t worry, the kids are still early risers but they catch us out every now and then, causing a massive rush for toast, uniforms and the door! Xx”
However, the change in sleep pattern wouldn’t have been a shock to Giovanna, as AJ Pritchard previously explained the campmates had been told to alter their sleeping patterns before heading into the castle.
Speaking on his AJ vs Curtis podcast, he said: “I've shifted all my times. We've been told to go to bed about 3am and wake up about 11am, because the trials will be filmed quite late at night due to having enough time to edit and you'll find out who left maybe 11pm.”
AJ, who recently claimed the campmates were given heaters as they slept, added: “The trial won't take place until, like, 1am so we've been told to do that.
“It has helped because for me, the sleep is probably the hardest thing to change more than food or caffeine. So I've been going to bed at 2.30am and waking up at 11am.”
And it’s not just the I’m A Celeb campmates who had a strange schedule, as Ant and Dec accidentally revealed the gruelling filming timings for this year’s show, which was filmed in north Wales due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Geordie duo shared a video of Dec, 45, from behind-the-scenes of the popular show and behind Dec, hanging on the wall, was a whiteboard of the schedule.
It revealed that a typical day started at around 5.15pm with a voiceover session and doesn’t finish until 12.45am, with the trials being recorded at around 11.15pm.
The schedule also revealed the I’m A Celeb producers had a script meeting at 5.30pm, makeup and wardrobe at 7pm and a rehearsal at 8.30pm just before going on air at 9pm.
