Dr Hilary Jones and rarely-seen wife Dee loved-up as they pose on ITV Palooza! red carpet

Good Morning Britain’s TV Dr Hilary Jones and his wife Dee Thresher looked loved-up as they posed on the red carpet at the ITV Palooza!.

The event, which used to be known as the ITV Gala, is a star-studded night of entertainment for ITV’s customers, colleagues and talent.

Dr Hilary has been one of the nation’s favourite doctors for over 30 years, and regularly features on ITV morning shows giving out valuable health advice. And although Hilary is a familiar face, it’s not often we see photos of his wife Dee, who is a personal trainer.

Dee is Dr Hilary’s third wife, and they met in 2008 while working together on a Bikini Diet segment for GMTV. Although their relationship was initially platonic, they married in 2016.

Talking about her husband, Dee, who is 18 years younger than Hilary, has claimed to love his ‘pin-up’ status telling The Sun: “I love that people are admiring his looks. Good for him.

"He’s 67 and still turning heads.”

She added: “It’s quite funny because he’s been doing his own makeup and dressing himself instead of having a stylist, so he’s not even looking his best.”

Dr Hilary believes his pandemic pin-up days are behind him though, previously telling Metro: “I think those days have passed!”

He went on to explain that he would rather people looked forward to reading his new book, rather than thinking of his as an on-screen sex symbol. Dr Hilary’s novel, Frontline, was published earlier in 2021.

Dr Hilary has worked tirelessly throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, advising Good Morning Britain viewers on a regular basis and he's very proud of Dee's efforts too.

Posting a beautiful picture of the pair together on Instagram he said: "A big shout out to my amazing wife who has worked non stop these last few months keeping her clients fit and flexible on zoom! See you all tomorrow on GMB."

Dee's work credentials include celeb fitness workouts for EastEnders stars Charlie Brooks, Letitia Dean, Natalie Cassidy and more, and she sometimes appears alongside her husband on TV, to give fitness tips.

Dr Hilary has five children, four sons and one daughter, whilst Dee has two children of her own. The couple share a love of animals and have a dog and two cats.
