Victoria Beckham says they’re ‘excited’ for Brooklyn’s wedding
David Beckham, 45, and Victoria Beckham, 46, reportedly managed to avoid the third national lockdown in the UK by flying out to Miami to celebrate New Year’s Eve alongside their kids, Brooklyn, 21, Romeo, 18, Cruz, 15 and Harper, nine. The Beckhams are said to have travelled out of the UK in a private plane on Christmas Day.
The family are now reportedly staying with Victoria and David’s eldest child Brooklyn’s fiancée Nicola Peltz in her family’s home in Florida.
According to an insider, the Beckhams spent Christmas morning at their home in the Cotswolds, which was in Tier Two at the time, before jetting off to the US.
Their journey is being seen as a work trip for David, as he will be working with his Major Soccer League franchise, Inter Miami, which he owns.
As a result, the family’s reported international travel didn’t break any Covid restrictions.

It has also been reported that the Beckhams tested negative for coronavirus before they embarked on their trip.
A family friend told The Sun that they had been “planning the trip for months”.
They added that as the MLS pre-season was about to start, David “needed to be in Miami in January”.
The former Manchester United footballer is said to be hoping to help “recruit new players” for the team, which he owns.
The sportsman has not been able to be with the team “since last March due to restrictions”.
The source added to The Sun: “Once in the US, Brooklyn was reunited with Nicola, and the two families spent some lovely quality time together.”
Express.co.uk has contacted representatives for Victoria and David for comment.
It comes after Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced strict new restrictions, which started on January 5.

According to official government guidance, people can only travel internationally – or within the UK – where they first have a legally permitted reason to leave home, for example, due to work.

The couple both shared clips on Instagram, which showed highlights from the past 12 months.
The montages included the family clapping for the NHS, their son Brooklyn’s engagement, and beekeeping with Harper during lockdown.
Taking to Instagram, Victoria penned: “Happy New Year!! And thank god it’s over!
“It’s been a very different year (and a very different Christmas) for so many of us but I’m still so grateful for all the memories we were able to make over the past year.
