Andy Cohen Details What It Feels Like to Have the Coronavirus

The host says everyone should “make sure” they have these two items.

Andy Cohen was back to work Monday, 10 days after revealing he tested positive for the coronavirus.

Making his return to both his SiriusXM radio show and "Watch What Happens Live" today — both of which he’ll continue to record from home — Cohen explained what it was like to contract the virus and what his symptoms were.

"It took about 10-11 days to work through my system," he said, noting that he was drained of energy. "It takes a bit to get your energy back. There’s a thing where you feel mentally like, ‘I think I’m okay’ and then you go downstairs and make a piece a toast, you go upstairs and, ‘I need to relax.’"

"I took a lot of Tylenol, a lot of Vitamin C and liquids," he continued. "My symptoms were fever, tightness in my chest, a cough, very very achy, a lot of aches and pains in the body and very tired. Some chills, loss of smell and appetite."

He then recommended people purchase a pulse oximeter, which measures your blood oxygen levels. "My doctor told me what the reading would be where it would be a cause for alarm," said Andy, who would use the machine whenever his lungs didn’t "feel right" to see whether he was in the danger zone.

"That’s my pro tip: make sure you have Tylenol and a pulse oximeter," he added.

Now that he’s on the mend, Cohen also got the AOK from two different doctors about seeing his son Ben, who he’s been quarantined away from for 12 days.

"Two doctors said it would be safe to see him yesterday and I freaked out Saturday night," said Andy, who waited another day just to be safe. "I’m gonna see him today."

As for how he killed time during self-isolation, Cohen said he finally got around to watching "Game of Thrones." Noting he was currently on Episode 4 of Season 3, he added, "It’s so horny!"

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Announce Instagram Break To Focus On ‘New Chapter’

We won’t be seeing Meghan Markle and Prince Harry online for a little while!

For those who have been keeping up with the Sussexes, you’re likely aware by now that Megxit officially goes into place on Tuesday, nearly two months after the pair first made the bombshell announcement that they would be taking a step back from their senior roles in the royal family.

While we already figured they’d be laying low, at least for a bit, they’re taking a full on Instagram hiatus!!

On Monday morning, it was announced via their @SussexRoyal IG page:

“As we can all feel, the world at this moment seems extraordinarily fragile. Yet we are confident that every human being has the potential and opportunity to make a difference—as seen now across the globe, in our families, our communities and those on the front line—together we can lift each other up to realise the fullness of that promise.

What’s most important right now is the health and wellbeing of everyone across the globe and finding solutions for the many issues that have presented themselves as a result of this pandemic.”

Referencing their impending “new chapter,” the twosome went on (see the full post HERE) to explain — in so many words — they’ll be taking a break from the online world:

“As we all find the part we are to play in this global shift and changing of habits, we are focusing this new chapter to understand how we can best contribute.

While you may not see us here, the work continues.

Thank you to this community – for the support, the inspiration and the shared commitment to the good in the world. We look forward to reconnecting with you soon. You’ve been great!

Until then, please take good care of yourselves, and of one another.

Harry and Meghan”

We can assume it has something to do with their official exit date from their royal roles as they figure out logistics related to that, but it could also be related to their recent move from Canada to Los Angeles!

Either way, we’re definitely intrigued!! And we’ll keep you posted when, and if, they return. Especially because they could be coming back with a whole new Insta handle after the back and forth related to their intended use of “Sussex Royal” branding.

Thoughts, Perezcious readers?? When do U think we’ll be seeing them next?!

A Place In The Sun presenter Laura Hamilton in ‘scary’ situation as beau calls ambulance

Laura Hamilton, 37, shared a video on Instagram where she revealed she struggled to breathe on Saturday night. The A Place In The Sun presenter admitted her husband Alex Goward called an ambulance amid the “scary” situation.

Taking to Instagram stories, Laura opened up about her health and explained the panic attack was due to “stress” after receiving hurtful comments online.

In view of her 66,000 followers, the Channel 4 presenter said: “Hi everyone. I was really unsure about posting this message but I feel the need to. Because something happened on Saturday night and it affected me quite badly.

“As you are aware, Alex and I have been absolutely busting our b**lls basically helping the community. Doing what we can to use our suppliers to get goods to the community.”

The married couple are owners of a grocery shop called Lord Roberts On The Green.

Laura explained she was made aware of “nasty” comments which had been posted online which had upset the presenter.

“We’ve worked really hard to bring our prices down and we’ve been doing that on a regular basis,” she explained further. “Anyway, I’ve been losing my voice through stress of this situation.”

She continued: “And on Saturday night there were some really, really nasty people who decided to make some really nasty comments about what we’re doing on our local neighbourly websites.

“It affected me so badly that I couldn’t breathe. I didn’t actually know what was happening to me.”

The property expert admitted to feeling like she was “drowning” and an ambulance was called by her husband Alex.

“I actually felt like I was drowning. And this is not something I’ve ever experienced in my life so I didn’t quite know what was happening.”

Laura continued: “It was so scary, that Alex ended up calling an ambulance. I’m really grateful because they came here in record time.

“I didn’t want to be doing that to be honest, given what’s going on in the world. But we had to.”

The Channel 4 favourite revealed she was informed by the ambulance medical staff she had suffered a panic attack.

Laura said: “When the ambulance turned up, it turns out that I was having a panic attack.

“It feels a bit weird due to the stigma attached around panic attacks. I’ve got this reputation of being a bit of a machine amongst my friends and battling through whatever is thrown at me. But it was just all too much.”

The mum-of-two asked fans to “be kind” to one another and to stop being “negative”.

She finished: “Please be kind. As I said I wasn’t going to post this because I didn’t think it was appropriate. But now I think it is appropriate.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Say Goodbye to Major Part of Royal Life

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are saying goodbye with gratitude.

On Monday morning, the couple posted their very last Instagram from their @SussexRoyal social media account.

“As we can all feel, the world at this moment seems extraordinarily fragile. Yet we are confident that every human being has the potential and opportunity to make a difference—as seen now across the globe, in our families, our communities and those on the front line—together we can lift each other up to realize the fullness of that promise,” the post read. “What’s most important right now is the health and wellbeing of everyone across the globe and finding solutions for the many issues that have presented themselves as a result of this pandemic.”

The post continued, “As we all find the part we are to play in this global shift and changing of habits, we are focusing this new chapter to understand how we can best contribute. While you may not see us here, the work continues.”

Baby Archie Harrison‘s parents went on to thank the online community who gave them support, inspiration and “the shared commitment to the good in the world.”

“We look forward to reconnecting with you soon. You’ve been great!” the couple shared. “Until then, please take good care of yourselves, and of one another.”

The post comes after news broke that the couple left Canada to spend time in Los Angeles. In fact, a source confirmed to E! News that the pair settled into a “large” home in the Southern California area.

President Donald Trump shared on Twitter that the United States would not pay for their security protection. Soon after, a spokesperson for the couple confirmed, “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have no plans to ask the US government for security resources. Privately funded security arrangements have been made.”

Moving forward, plans for the Sussex Royal Foundation will not continue. Instead, the couple will focus on a new charity organization. In addition, Prince Harry’s sustainable tourism venture Travalyst will now be an independent non-profit in the U.K.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will spend the next few months focusing on their family and continuing to do what they can, safely and privately, to support and work with their pre-existing charitable commitments while developing their future non-profit organization,” a spokesperson shared.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Just Announced the End of Their Sussex Royal Instagram

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are going dark on Instagram.

The couple shared their last post on their joint @SussexRoyal Instagram page on Monday — one day before they will officially step down from their roles as senior members of the royal family.

They will no longer use Instagram under the @SussexRoyal handle or update their website, Although they will be inactive, “both the Instagram account and website will remain in existence online for the foreseeable future,” a spokesperson for the couple stated on Monday.

In a caption on their final Instagram post, the couple wrote: “As we can all feel, the world at this moment seems extraordinarily fragile. Yet we are confident that every human being has the potential and opportunity to make a difference—as seen now across the globe, in our families, our communities and those on the front line—together we can lift each other up to realise the fullness of that promise.

“What’s most important right now is the health and wellbeing of everyone across the globe and finding solutions for the many issues that have presented themselves as a result of this pandemic.

“As we all find the part we are to play in this global shift and changing of habits, we are focusing this new chapter to understand how we can best contribute.

“While you may not see us here, the work continues.

“Thank you to this community – for the support, the inspiration and the shared commitment to the good in the world. We look forward to reconnecting with you soon. You’ve been great!

“Until then, please take good care of yourselves, and of one another.”

The pair launched @SussexRoyal in April 2019, marking one of the first steps in establishing a separate office from Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Meghan and Harry “will spend the next few months focusing on their family and continuing to do what they can, safely and privately, to support and work with their pre-existing charitable commitments while developing their future non-profit organisation,” the spokesperson said.

As was previously agreed upon with the Royal Family, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will no longer use the name Sussex Royal for their charitable organization, Instagram or website. “For now, there will be no additional information on their next steps,” said the spokesperson.

While Meghan and Harry retain their titles, they will not actively use HRH (“His/Her Royal Highness”). Prince Harry remains sixth in the line of succession to the British throne — and 10-month-old son Archie remains one spot behind him.

The Sussex Royal Foundation — the charitable organization Meghan, 38, and Prince Harry, 35, started after breaking away from the Royal Foundation, which they previously headed alongside Prince William and Kate — has begun their “winding-up process,” according to the spokesperson. However, they plan to continue supporting their patronages.

And Travalyst, Harry’s environmental tourism initiative launched in September, is in the process of becoming an independent non-profit organization based in the U.K.

Catherine St. Laurent will start her role as both chief of staff and executive director of their new non-profit organization in the beginning of April, says the spokesperson.

Going forward, Buckingham Palace will no longer comment on enquiries related to Prince Harry and Meghan. In addition, “no other royal communications representatives act on behalf of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, including palace spokespeople, Household representatives nor royal sources,” according to today’s statement.

The couple’s communications will be managed for the time being by U.S. agency Sunshine Sachs, who were initially engaged to do communications support for Sussex Royal Foundation, in addition to James Holt in the U.K.

“Harry is looking straight ahead at his future with his family,” another source said. “They will be spending time in California…He’s not looking back.”

Tristan Thompson’s Polaroid Photos With True Are Too Adorable To Handle

Tristan Thompson is spending his time off work in the best way possible — bonding with he and Khloé Kardashian’s daughter, True. Much to the surprise of his followers, Thompson, who rarely posts family photos on Instagram, has even been documenting some of his at-home hangouts with True on his page. Tristan Thompson’s polaroid photos with True are too adorable to handle.

After the NBA season was suspended on March 11 amid the ongoing coronavirus crisis, Thompson has been self-quarantining in Los Angeles near Kardashian and True. Many eagle-eyed fans noticed that Thompson had been spending a lot of time at Kardashian’s house, leading her to address speculation that he was living with them at the moment.

"Lol he visits to see his daughter," Kardashian, who split from Thompson in February 2019, tweeted. "Bless us all."

Kardashian has been open and honest about the hard work she and Thompson put into cordially co-parenting True, and their photos are proof that they’re putting their best foot forward and it’s paying off.

Whether True is running through her backyard, jumping on her trampoline, or lounging in the house with her parents watching movies, the toddler is always smiling and laughing.

On Sunday, March 29, Thompson and True appeared to have a blast in front of the camera together. Both in their casual tees, the father-daughter duo hammed it up and Thompson shared the adorable outcome of their polaroids in an Instagram post he simply captioned with a red heart. See the pics below.

When he’s not spending time with True, Thompson has been passing the social distancing days by cooking, working out at home, and encouraging other people to do their part and stay home to flatten the curve. But, fans can all agree Thompson’s best Instagram content are the photos of True’s pure smile.

Trump Attacks Washington Post, Says 'Every Country' Blames Other Countries for Coronavirus

During an interview on Fox News, the president seemed unconcerned with China insulting the U.S. response to the pandemic

During an interview on Fox News Monday morning, President Donald Trump attacked the Washington Post instead of China when asked about “disinformation” from the country regarding the coronavirus.

“Fox & Friends” host Brian Kilmeade started it off, saying, “It turns out, according to the Washington Post, Russia, Iran and China are going through a sophisticated disinformation campaign essentially blaming us around the world for our bad response and for actually causing the virus, using the same principles they used to infiltrate our 2016 election. We’re the best at this. How long are we going to let these countries get away with that and do we have a counter-strategy — like the truth — to tell the rest of the world?”

Trump responded with an attack on the Post, not the countries involved: “Number one: You don’t know what they’re doing, and when you read it in the Washington Post, you don’t believe it. I believe very little of what I see. I see stories in the Washington Post that are so fake and are so phony. I have stories that are such fake stuff and that’s number one.”

Kilmeade pushed Trump to answer the question, saying China had “already done this.”

Trump responded that “they do it and we do it,” but he has made “statements that are very strong against China.” He brought up his labeling of the coronavirus as the “Chinese virus,” which elicited strong, negative reactions from the country.

“They said our soldiers did it, I said, ‘You mean the Chinese virus?’” Trump said.

“That’s what I’m talking about — ” interjected Kilmeade.

“Every country does it but they build it up. We handled that and they probably handled it, but countries do that. When I read things in the Washington Post, I can tell you stories that they write that are just the opposite.”

He then made note of having “the best numbers we’ve ever had,” a callback to Sunday’s much-criticized Twitter boast about the high ratings his pressers have been securing for the networks.

For good measure, he said the Post delivers “fake news” and pivoted to insulting the New York Times, too.

Nikki Bella Says She Was 'So Broken' After Breaking Up with John Cena

Before we became consumed with all these present-day couples like J. Lo and A. Rod or Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson, there was Nikki Bella and John Cena.

From the moment they got together in the early 2010s, fans were hooked. The wrestling stars seemed like the perfect match and shared a love that was inspiring to many. But their romance came to an end in 2018.

While Cena has generally kept quiet about their split, Bella has openly talked about it. Recently, she appeared to mention the breakup on social media, admitting that she was “so broken” after she and Cena went their separate ways.

A timeline of John Cena and Nikki Bella’s relationship

Cena and Bella began dating in 2012 after meeting earlier that year. Things seemed to be going great as their relationship progressed. But they eventually began to bump heads over the prospect of settling down and starting a family.

Even though there were concerns about their future, the couple went on to get engaged in 2017, with Cena popping the question at WrestleMania 33.

“I think the best thing about me being able to ask her hand in marriage was she doesn’t need to question my commitment to our relationship. I am with her to death do us part,” Cena said of their engagement in an April 2018 interview with E!.

But the couple called off their engagement and, well, their relationship just weeks later. Cena and Bella announced the news on April 15, 2018, with a statement posted to social media.

John Cena and Nikki Bella broke up for good in 2018

Cena and Bella reconciled a few weeks later but broke up again in July 2018. Bella said in a statement shared with Us Weekly that they had tried to work on their relationship “to get back to where it was in order to move forward with [their] wedding,” but things just didn’t pan out the way they had hoped.

“After much time and soul-searching alone, and together, we have decided to officially part ways,” the statement continued. “I had a beautiful and loving six-year relationship with a wonderful man. I have the utmost respect for John, but I know this is what’s best for me.”

Multiple outlets later suggested that their split had to do with Cena’s reluctance to get married. Bella’s twin sister, Brie, later fueled the rumors when she told Health Magazine that “they both wanted different things.”

Nikki Bella took the split hard

Bella wrote in a March 28 Instagram post that she was “so broken” following her split from Cena. Because of that, she said, she tried to fight her eventual feelings for dancer Artem Chigvintsev, whom she met in 2017 and began dating following her split from Cena. But she ultimately chose to trust her gut and go with her instincts. The pair is now engaged and expecting a baby, who is due to arrive in August 2020.

“They say love conquers all … and it sure does. So many people in the beginning said it was just lust, my feelings weren’t real, it was just the dance, the infatuation, the mystery of this person, but I knew & felt it was always more. I listened to my heart, my soul, my body, I knew deep down that this was God’s gift, his answered prayer,” she wrote in the post, which features photos of her and Chigvintsev dancing together.

“When I finally got the chance, & maybe because I was so broken, I tried to fight a very powerful love, deny it, walk away from it, & yet this beautiful gift of love wouldn’t let me walk away, this love that I always wanted,” Bella continued. “Now I didn’t expect to get so much of what I had been praying for in a year lol but I finally opened up my eyes, my heart, & accepted this beautiful gift.”

She went on to say she is “so glad [she] took the chance” on Chigvintsev, telling him he is “brave enough to show the world our love, our ups & downs, & all the beautiful imperfections in between.” She then encouraged her fans not to give up on love, adding: “Imagine if I did.”

The dance pro responded in the comment section with a red heart emoji.
