BRITS have named their legs as the body part they love the most, while they looked up to Beyoncé for her body positivity, a study has found.
A study of 2,000 adults found a quarter wouldn't change a thing about their appearance, with hands and bums ranked among the most popular parts of their body.
The findings also showed that on a scale of one to ten, 65 per cent gave themselves a rating of five and above for body confidence.
While most are content with their appearance, half of those asked plan to exercise more in 2021, while 30 per cent intend to eat better to improve their well-being.
But nearly half – 47 per cent – said this year they're shunning quick-fix and fad diets, as they've never worked for them in the past.
Instead they're focusing on proper nutrition, with half of those asked believing gut health can influence our emotions.

Some 28 per cent reckon we can feel stressed, while 38 per cent think we can even feel sad, if our gut is off.
Sarah Dossett from Activia, which commissioned the survey, said: “We believe that this year people shouldn’t focus on losing their gut but learning to love it instead.
“We are passionate about happy guts and know the impact it can have on our overall wellbeing and in turn body positivity.
“We’re thrilled that the research has come back so strong at a time when many re-evaluate their goals and we hope that we can continue to support our customers this way.”
